Welcome to this edition of our monthly newsletter. Not sure where to take the kids for a scary Halloween treat or night out? Enjoy spooky ghost tours and special events with friends and family at various attractions up and down the UK, we've included a few scary ideas this month. Also this month the South Somerset and Wessex circuits of illuminated carnivals are finishing with Taunton (15th) and Warminster (29th), then the Somerset circuit starts in Bridgwater (5th) ending at Glastonbury (19th) November. Castle Howard is the place to be this half term Halloween 22nd to 30th.
Brush up on your broom making skills, stir up trouble in our potion lessons and practise your scaring with trick or treat training. Rusticus workshops on daily and remember to tiptoe through the trees on our creepy critter trail.

Spooks and witches for kids over the October half term to ghostly tales and midnight Halloween evening ghost tours for adults.
What's On
Burghley House popular Spooky Tours are returning from Wednesday 19th to Monday 31 October, with local ghostly expert Martin Tempest. The tour takes place in the evening with low level lighting across uneven surfaces, steps and in the open air in all weathers. Designed to be scary but fun.
Warwick Castle is the place to be spooked this Halloween! From 22nd to 31st October The Haunted Castle promises fearful levels of fun for all ages during the day and then, after dark, the fright factor is cranked high with wondrous witches, Horrible Histories® and the Trebuchet fireball spectacular.
