Two Night Luxury Spa Escape with Treatments and Dinner for Two at Rowhill Grange 10911934

Everyone at Rowhill Grange was very friendly and helpful. We had two treatments, which were good. We did extend both treatments. The facilities were great and although it was busy at times, nowhere was too crowded and you could enjoy the full experience. The evening meals were excellent. They had a new menu and it gave a good variety of food. The room was lovely with a shower and bath.

We had a really lovely time at the spa. Food was ok but pricey. rooms were all clean and well looke after.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and comfortable, our treatments were very relaxing and we very much enjoyed our time in the spa.

Stayed at Rowhill Grange for 2 days and 2 nights, which included 2 treatments for 2, plus breakfast and an evening meal. We both thought the spa was sparse, the whirlpool wasn't working and a poor layout. The treatments were very good, but only 25 minutes express treatments. The meals were good, but not a lot of choice. The room was nice and quiet. But the cleaners had missed multiple splat marks of something unsavoury. The staff were lovely and helpful but there was an incident over breakfast that was managed by the customers instead of the staff. It was a lovely stay, but not sure it was worth £500.

Nice relaxing stay, great service, enjoyed the treatments. Maybe a little pricey. (Regarding food)

The spa is decorated lovely, with a Roman theme, but it is quite limited. Only one steam room and it has no theme (PennyHill have a few which have different scents) if they spent a little more it could be wonderful. The restaurant was nice but again the menu was limited, and for a two night stay, you didn't have a varied selection and we ended up having the same starters both nights. The Sirloin was very fatty and not very good. We didn't enjoy, the chicken the following night was a little underdone for my liking to the point where I was a bit worried about eating it. We had a superior room and the bed was incredible and the suite and bathroom were lovely. No air con though so it got very hot in the night....

This was a Christmas gift to my wife. Everything went smooth during the booking process and the staff, facilities and food at Rowhill Grange were 1st class. I would definitely recommend this for a Couples weekend away.

I visited last week with my sister it was very relaxing to say the least but there wasn't much to do. After the massage, swimming, hydro pools, gym and eating there isn't much to do around there. The staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere was mellow and relaxing which was what we needed. It also felt like they were trying to charge us for a lot of things i.e. toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided (ridiculous if you ask me). If you have a voucher watch out for the add ons ask if anything you get incurs an additional cost. When we checked out we were charged an additional £19+ for service charges and water over the two days. The food here is good and try to eat at the restaurant rather than the bar. All in all I would say it was an OK experience but I wouldn't visit again. They have amazing facilities and I was able to use the gym while I was there which was a plus. But the lack of activities in or around the hotel makes it kind of a dud.

Spent last Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Rowhill Grange. It is absolutely gorgeous the treatments are fantastic and words cannot describe how wonderful the food was. Without exception all the staff are amazing. On Friday evening at midnight my sister was sitting outside on the patio and a member of staff came out to make sure she was ok and offered to make her a hot chocolate! A truly wonderful experience and amazing value for money. I will definetly be returning.
