Based near the historic Shining Cliff woodland at the former Johnson & Nephew Wire Works, this craft distillery specialises in authentic small batch spirits. Explore the Still House, see ‘Betty’, a 600-litre spirits still as well as the handmade copper pot whisky stills, and walk through the cask stores. Learn how they make their gin, rum and whisky, and be led by a knowledgeable distiller through each step of the process. Then it’s time to take a seat in the cosy tasting room for a guided tasting of the range of craft spirits and a chance for further discussion. This is the perfect experience for spirits lovers.
