If you’re a gin lover looking to try something new, then this is the day out for you! At the Sheffield School of Gin, you’ll discover the art of gin making with a three-hour workshop where you’ll have the chance to create your very own unique blend of gin to take home. You’ll get to pick the botanicals to flavour your gin, whether it’s floral, spicy, citrus or herbal, before distilling it in a beautiful copper still, bottling it in a 50cl bottle, sealing it and labelling it. Let the experts teach you all about the history of gin, how to create exciting flavours, and the best tonics and garnishes to use so you’ll come away with a new appreciation of the drink. If that’s not enough, you’ll also sip on two gin cocktails each over the course of the class.
