Got an axe to grind? Get your game face on with an axe-throwing experience for two. Take aim at the target and demonstrate your hidden talents. This thrilling activity is action-packed and lots of fun! An expert instructor will teach you the basics and ensure every shot is precise and accurate. Receive guidance and support and improve your rotation speed and distance. Enjoy basic training and top tips before moving on to try your hand at more challenging throws. The instructors have all sorts of tricks up their sleeve to teach you. But before long, they'll be keeping score and it'll be competition time! Who will be the most successful axe thrower?
What's included?
- Get ready for one hour of axe throwing for two
- Start with a safety briefing and then learn the basics, including how to safely hold and collect your axe
- Test yourself with some more advanced throws
- Join in with a competition to see who the axe-throwing champion is!
- Have a photo taken near the targets with an axe safely in hand
What do I need to know?

Booked axe throwing at Cityside as part of a stag day with a group of mates. The team at black axe were fantastic and made it easy to book the activity. Our group had a fantastic afternoon,great to learn how to throw axes but was also made to be a lot of fun and the music was great! The team there deserve a lot of credit,they keep it fun and engaging and the banter is great. Looking forward to another visit!
