You’ll begin your culinary adventure when you arrive at the sheep farm, where your haggis expert will be waiting. They'll provide a warm, local welcome and let you in on the tricks of the trade. Follow them as they take you around the farm, explaining the process behind their traditional dish. Learn about its origins, and discover the expertly selected ingredients that create the unforgettable flavour. Next, you'll be shown a live demonstration, during which you'll learn how traditional haggis is made, followed by a tutorial on making the accompaniments.
