Based in Barking, Abbey Spa is a haven of tranquillity and perfect for a day of indulgent pampering and relaxation.   • A supplement will apply for bookings on peak dates, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Weekends fill quickly, so please book ahead to avoid disappointment
  • Please bring a towel, robe and footwear for your experience
  • Expect to be at the spa for three and a half hours, including two hours spa access, plus a total of 65 minutes of treatments each
  • Please note, the spa is situated inside the Abbey Leisure Centre and the leisure centre car park only allows up to four hours access – for a longer stay, please park in the multi-storey car park a five-minute walk away
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Single-sex sessions operate on some days – please check at the time of booking

Amazing treatments and friendly staff

We had an amazing facial, foot and back massage today. The staff were super helpful and friendly (thanks Sarah-Jane). The spa facilities are small. With no ambient music and very bright lights it isn't the most relaxing spa I have been to but the treatments definitely make it worth it. We have booked to go back again.
