Step inside The Beach Hut for a 20-minute session designed to give you a boost of vitamin D. Replicating lying on a sandy beach in the sun, the lighting will take you from sunrise to sunset, with relaxing music and essential oils to make you feel as if you’re on holiday. For the rest of your time at the spa, try out the other facilities, including the cedar plunge pool, wood-panelled farmers sauna, Peak District stonebath, hydrotherapy pool, Mill Wheel shower and more. Finally, tuck into a tasty two-course lunch for two at The Country Inn.

- Choose your half-day spa slot from either 9am–12.30pm or 1pm–4.30pm. For morning spa slots, lunch is served at 1pm, and for afternoon spa slots, lunch is served at 12pm

- Please bring your own swimwear. Robes and towels are provided on the day
