Stone Yoga Class Experience Days: Relax with a friend during this luxurious hot stone yoga
session in Northampton. You will receive a private class in yoga accompanied
with hot stones, followed by a delicious afternoon tea including a bottle of
prosecco. Cheers!
Your
experience begins when your highly qualified instructor greets you and welcomes
you into the atmospheric yoga studio. You and your friend or partner will be
guided through a series of relaxing poses and stretches, to calm the body
and the mind. This session is open to people of any experience, so you will be in
good hands as a beginner, or receive some expert advice as an advanced yogi!
This yoga session includes the use of hot stones, which make for a wonderfully
soothing experience. The benefits of hot stone yoga can be very rewarding, such
as the relaxation of the muscles and loosening of stress knots. After an hour
and a half of yoga, you will then be led to the Café Bistro for a scrumptious
afternoon tea, fit with all the classic favourites and a bottle of Prosecco for
you and your loved one to enjoy! You’ll be sure to feel relaxed and replenished
after this afternoon experience dedicated to relieving stress.

This yoga experience is available Mondays to Sundays between 11am and 2pm.

You must be 18 or over to participate in this hot stone yoga package.

Time Spent at Venue: 3:00
Your hot stone yoga session will last an hour and a half. This leaves you about an hour and a quarter to enjoy your afternoon tea and Prosecco.
Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the arranged session to fill out a health questionnaire.
