Photography Experience Days: This evening photography tour in central London will teach you to make better use of your digital camera—and take better night-time photos! Suitable for DSLR, point-and-shoot and smartphone cameras, it’s a great way to develop your skills while exploring the iconic sights of the city after dark!
Tours depart from Portcullis House, in Westminster, and follow a three-hour route across the city, ending at Tower Bridge. Along the way, you’ll pass many of London’s most famous landmarks, including the London Eye and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Your guide will offer expert advice throughout, starting with some camera basics before introducing more sophisticated photography techniques. You’ll learn to adjust exposure for low-light shooting and utilise your flash for better night-time portraits. You’ll also experiment with longer exposure times and light painting, as well as discussing the best lenses, equipment and apps to buy. Ask as many questions as you like, of course, and leave a more confident photographer when the tour concludes!

Availability
The evening photography tour runs on Wednesdays from 7:00pm - 10:00pm, generally once a month.
Requirements
Minimum age: 12
Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
You will need a tripod on this tour.
If you do not have a tripod the instructor will have one, but you may have to share with others on the tour.
Cameras are not provided or available for hire. Please ensure you bring your own equipment.
