Used all facilities available but really missed there being a hot tub/jacuzzi as i don't swim. Steam, sauna and ice room were nice but not much seating or beds to relax on which made spending the day there difficult. Good afternoon tea food wise but the coffee was not good. Spa reception staff very welcoming and bathrobe, slippers and towel were provided.

Had a lovely time relaxing in the spa facilities. Especially liked the ice igloo as never seen that before. Would have been better if there had been more loungers to relax on as there were only a few and they were all taken which meant you were constantly on the move.
A jacuzzi would have also made the experience more enjoyable as i have never been in a spa before where there was not one. Afternoon tea was really lovely and plentiful but my husband did not enjoy the coffee as it was more like filter than barista which was a shame.

This is a hotel with a pool and a steam room, 4 sun loungers and 4 side tables with seats at the side of the pool. There were children in pool and it was very busy and noisy. I went for my 40th birthday and it was terrible. Arrived for 10am and left at 12.30 what a waste of money. Nowhere to relax and read, if the seats are taken by the pool there’s nowhere to sit. Afternoon tea was pitiful with dry Victoria sponges. I had read some reviews which weren’t great so I went with low expectations but honestly this place ruined my 40th birthday. Go to a proper spa not a hotel that calls itself a spa. It’s also quite run down and my locker door was hanging off.
