What do I need to know?

- You will receive two vouchers – both vouchers are valid for two people
- For the York River Cruise:
- This experience is available week round, year round, excluding weekends in July and August, bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday)
- This experience is not available from the 25th November to January 1st
- Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to availability and operational changes
- You depart from either the King’s Staith or the Lendal Bridge Landing stage, any time between 10.30am and 3.10pm
- The cruise lasts 45 minutes or 1 hour (weather depending)
- Two of the boats are wheelchair accessible – River Palace and River Duchess – and River Duchess also has a wheelchair accessible toilet. However, the only wheelchair access is at the King’s Staith Landing
- Please ensure you book your experience in advance – walk-ups will not be accepted
- Once booked, if you do not show up for the experience without notice, you will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available
- This experience is non-amendable - For Manahatta:
- Available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding 27th November–31st December
- Please inform the supplier of any dietary and accessibility requirements at the time of booking
- Non-alcoholic options are available for under 18s and non-drinkers
- Under 18s must vacate the venue by 9pm
- After 5pm, menu options are slightly reduced - All dates are subject to availability

Great views, interesting history

We are local to York but had never been on the river before. We really enjoyed the ride, interesting commentary and great views. There is also a bar on board serving drinks :) definitely recommend!

Lovely River Cruise

Cruise was great...very friendly and polite staff... the narration by the captain was brilliant, he had a very melodic voice, that kept you interested in what he was saying. The weather was perfect and we saw a kingfisher too... a fab way to relax for an hour or so. Lovely
