Nice Hotel, nice location & grounds, lovely staff - goof food, good spa treatments-what`s not to like.

The room was nice ; but extremely cold, we couldn’t put up the temperature. There were not enough beds or chairs around the pool , and we had to sit on the floor .

To begin with we really struggled to get hold of the venue to book. However, after a few weeks of trying we eventually managed to secure a date. I called a head to see what the requirements were for eating at the onsite restaurant, I was told we could turn up and there would be availability. However, on arrival we were greeted by a rather abrupt receptionist, who told us we should've booked the restaurant over a week ago. She continued to say everyone was told about this and the restaurant is now fully booked. However, we saw a number of other guest encounter the same problem. She was not at all compassionate or had any thoughts for the customer. We also, asked if we could check in slightly earlier as it was 10 minutes before our allotted check in time. Again, we got a blanked stern No! Come back at your check in time. Our stay took a turn for the better when we got to the SPA area, the staff there were lovely and very welcoming, we had a wonderful time at the spa and would highly recommend the spa area and staff. The room was nice and well presented, the prosecco was delivered, which was nice but was only for 1 not 2.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Crowne plaza Marlow! We booked our stay over email but I would recommend phoning up instead - we managed to book the room easily but had to email a few times about the treatments, we ended up ringing to ask someone to send a confirmation so we knew what time we had been booked in for. We chose the treatment on arrival. The hotel was lovely and clean, with good facilities in the room. We had a shoulders, neck and back massage each which was very good and really relaxing. The spa facilities were okay, could do with a few more loungers and a separate area for kids but overall it was good. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, the food was really nice but the service was a little slow. We didn't receive our drinks until a while after we finished our mains and there was about an hours wait in-between mains and desert - there was a function on though so could've been a one off on a particularly busy night! Would definitely go back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and they accommodated my every needs. The room was clean and spacious as my room was upgraded. Treatment was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was superb as it had a huge variety. Had a lovely time with my small family.

Lovely spa break, facilities good, staff friendly and helpful.

We had such a good experience, I brought this package so me and my partner could celebrate our anniversary. On arrival they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and a hand made plate of sweet treats for our celebration. The whole place was amazing, my only downfall was the restaurant, the food was very expensive and we didn't enjoy it too much. But overall we loved our experience
