- The spa is open from 10am–6pm

First appointment cancelled the night before due to staff shortage. The treatments were only for 25 minutes so I paid to upgrade treatments to 55 minutes. The new appointment confirmation showed appointments at 45 minutes so had to get it corrected. Very difficult to connect by phone so sent an email and had 2 responses from different people.
When we arrived for our spa day yesterday they had different times for the treatments and weren’t sure what was covered by the spa voucher.
Despite that, the food was good and so were the treatments.

The lunch was really good with lots of variety. The Spa facilities got quite busy in the afternoon and the gym was small.

Shabby grubby only one working changing room. Our massages were cancelled at very short notice. Would not return or recommend.

Very easy to book on the phone, but not much available dates, would have preferred to both have the massage but apparently only one person is entitled to it. Apart from that it was a lovely day ??
