Treat a thrill-seeker to an exciting water adventure at Lee Valley White Water Centre in Hertfordshire, host to some of the events for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Hydrospeeding is a unique white-water activity that can be described as a cross between a float and a bodyboard. Get geared up in a wetsuit and listen to a briefing from an instructor. You’ll then head over to the Legacy Loop, where you’ll learn the basics and get to grips with this challenging activity. Then it’s onto the rapids! Hold on tight and manoeuvre down the rapids, taking on tricky twists and turns. This exhilarating experience is guaranteed to get the adrenaline pumping.
