Overview
Take to the skies in an indoor wind tunnel with a one-hour iFLY experience for one person at The Bear Grylls Adventure in Birmingham. Designed to replicate the sensation of free-falling through the air on a skydive in a safe and controlled environment, this is a wonderful way to put your bravery to the test. You’ll start off with a safety briefing from an expert instructor, where you’ll learn the positions and hand signals you’ll need before getting in the tunnel. Enjoy two one-minute flights, equal to three 12,000ft skydives for a thrilling adventure to remember. On the day, you’ll also have the opportunity to buy a video of your flight to remember the experience by, plus take on another challenge with unlimited access to the Royal Marines-inspired Assault Course.

- This activity lasts for one hour. Please arrive 30 minutes before the activity start time
- All participants must complete a waiver upon check in, plus a risk declaration for iFLY
- Those who have previously suffered from a shoulder dislocation or a neck or back injury will not be permitted to fly
- This experience is not suitable for pregnant people
- Minimum age: 5 years
- 5-9-year-olds must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult aged 18 or over. Guests aged 10–17 years must have an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied
- Maximum weight is 18st (114kg)
- Maximum height is 6’7” (203cm)
- It is recommended that participants wear comfortable active wear and closed toe shoes
- Free on-site lockers are available to store valuables and loose items. No jewellery, mobile phones or loose items can be worn during this activity
