- The zoo opens at 10am every day. Closing times vary – please check before visiting
- Closing times may be affected by special events on selected dates
- Child tickets are also available (3–15 years). Under 3s may visit for free, but must have a pre-booked ticket. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Bookings should be made 14 days prior to your visit

The booking was handled swiftly and the entrance tickets worked seamlessly. Had a good full day in the zoo and particularly enjoyed seeming the Giraffes and the monkey valley.

I was between three and four stars. The service was good, but we have received these now a couple of times and we actually had to renew this one because it is hard to find time to use them. Also, although it looks like there is a lot of choice, there really isn't all that much that appeals to us. This is the second time we have used this to go to the Zoo. But, to be fair, it has saved us a heap of money on that, and we probably wouldn't have gone otherwise, so not looking a gift horse in the mouth!

Great Day out- easy, good value, something for everyone

The voucher was both cheaper then buying on the day and pre-ordering online-but best of all you don't have to book a date and be stuck to it, you can just turn up with the voucher! Children and adults loved it, lots of expensive parking outside, and expensive food inside but a very worthwhile visit and lots of fun. No problems with the voucher, means you can skip the "buy tickets" line.

Having never visited London Zoo, I decided to give it a go. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that great and as a result there were a disappointing number of animals to see. We also missed a whole section of the zoo that was apparently on the other side so definitely make sure you see this!
Other than that, it’s average.
