  • Availability Description
    You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people. For The View from The Shard: Available for entry on week–round, year round. Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For Gaucho: Available Monday–Friday, January–November. This experience is available from 12pm–5pm. All dates are subject to availability.
  • Participant Guidelines
    For The View from The Shard: Minimum age: 4 years. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket. For Gaucho: Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  • Other Info
    All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. For The View from The Shard: Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier. For Gaucho: A discretionary service charge will be applied to your bill on the day.
