My boyfriend bought me this voucher and I've absolutely loved it. The hotel is amazing and the food delicious! It is perfect for a romantic weekend away.

This was absolutely amazing. The place looks stunning and doesn't let you down when you enter. As it was out 10th year wedding anniversary they also upgraded our roome to a suite - we really didn't want to leave. We upgraded our dinner to the taster menu and it was lovely. We are looking to go again very soon.

They got my name wrong so when I phoned to check the day before, they had no knowledge of my booking - told me I couldn't have booked as they have no men there, then I worked out what had happened, and they said "oh, that man took your booking, he doesn't work in reception...." Party going on in next room all night, a couple rowing all night opposite room = not much sleep! Supposed taxi shuttle from rooms to restaurant just didn't turn up (15 min wait in rain in posh frocks etc.) - had to go find someone to phone after being told by reception to just wait for shuttle. Got rushed to our dinner table from lounge (late because of no shuttle taxi). Warned them we had ordered cocktails, they said they would bring them. They took our dinner order anyway - then started to bring food, no cocktails, so cancelled them. Room nice, food nice, but considering amount paid, shocking service. Don't go.

Have just come back from a 1 night break at this wonderful place. Our room was perfect, staff kind and curteous, food delicious. Will be saving to go back very soon !!! A BIG Thank you to everyone at Luton Hoo
