Bought this for my sister visiting from US and she had a nice experience. The barcoded Pass was easy to get entry though it was a long queue on a Saturday night. I would buy this again from Buyagift .

Amazing time!

We had such an amazing evening. View was just perfect. Only issue was the lift, they have only two lifts and taking only 8-10 people at a time, had to wait for almost half an hour to get on. Same experience when we were coming down, 2-3 time lift just send downstairs empty (don’t know why). Apart from that the experience was good. ??

Booked tickets for the Shard as a treat for my son and the whole experience was great from start to finish. We had to rearrange the tickets initially, which Buyagift were extremely helpful with, cannot fault their customer service. The day itself was well organised and we had a great day out with amazing views and a cocktail to help soak up the atmosphere! Would thoroughly recommend this experience, it was a fab day out for a special occasion.
