This is the question at the heart of the BBC’s new series, Civilisations, and the festival of events around it.

This is a fantastic chance to get hands on and go ‘behind the scenes’ at the museum. The day will include an introduction to the museum and collection, training in using the online system and a session working with the record cards to get them online and identify star objects. We will also be offering a special tour of the collection store, so you can see some of the objects you have been working with.

Please contact Caitlin Peck in advance to book your place at this event.
