The afternoon tea was very nice in lovely surroundings, however, when I produced my voucher I was advised that it was standard afternoon tea and not champagne. Champagne afternoon tea is hat is detailed in the list of options for time together smartbox

Beautiful setting. Polite, lovely, professional and courteous staff. Having tried most afternoon tea establishments in central Manchester, we think that Hotel Gotham is the best.

What a lovely experience, the food was delicious and the staff very pleasant and attentive. We had this same gift last year and asked for the same experience again and it didn’t disappoint

Wasn’t worth the money, didn’t acknowledge my friend birthday even though I had told them ahead of the day. Made to feel awkward after we asked to sit outside as I had requested if it wa as nice day which twhy had agreed on when I made the Booking but on the day said it wasn’t possible. Had to ask a few times for missing spoons extra milk although the food was okay it wasn’t very filling and for £70 I think it’s quite a lot of money for what you get. Wouldn’t recommend really, shame really looking forward to it.

Amazing!

Was such a good experience, mainly due to the staff! From the receptionist to the waitress, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I'm a veggie so they did some different sandwiches and they were amazing! The pastries were great too, definitely an above average afternoon tea. We got to sit in a terrace in the bar for our champagne which really was the highlight - views over manchester in the sun! I really recommend this place, best afternoon tea I've had!
