On Monday - Tuesday we had a very good stay at The Swan Hotel in Streatley and all the staff were very welcoming. Also ate at the Coppa restaurant there which was good with good view onto the River Thames. This was recommended to us by Steven Gozdz of GG Wildlife Experiences we were going on a morning birding walk along the River Thames with him for 4 hours on Tuesday morning, I would well recommend one of his experiences. Gill bought me this as an Xmas present, recommended xx. We had to get up early to see the wildlife and beat the heat, it had been planned to meet at 7:00am but with the heat we moved it forwards to met at 5:00am, a v good but knackering day.

Huge thanks to Steve for an extremely enjoyable and informative walk! It really opened my eyes to the multitude of different species of birds, just going about their business. We saw Kingfishers, Housemartins, Swift's, Swallows, Goldcrests and Yellowhammers, to name but a few I would highly recommend this experience!

Fantastic morning out

What a fantastically knowledgeable man Steve is and also very patient. This is by far one of the best days we have spent out & about in the countryside looking for birds of which there were plenty. To top it off we got to see a buzzard mating as well as a kite, how perfect. There was also 2 pairs of Firecrest which apparently are quite rare. We cannot recommend this experience enough, you will not regret it at all
