We were made to feel like 2nd class citizens at the Manor Park hotel . We were greeted as an inconvenience, felt we had to keep to a strict timeline . Spa facilities were overcrowded and dated . We received no wine with our meal which was mid standard “pub grub” We also had to pay an additional £40 room supplement and £30 weekend fee on top of the £240 we already paid . We had to check out and load our car before using our 9am Spa slot ( not relaxing at all)

what a very pleasant stay we had.
We had full use of the spa, treatments were great and compliments to the kitchen because the lunch, dinner and breakfast was amazing!
I also wanted to say how nice and friendly staff were. This goes for in the spa and also for the hotel. In particular we would like to mention Sarah who served us for our lunch and breakfast. A lovely lady who we felt really understood excellent customer service. She was friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much bother to ensure we had everything we needed.
Very pleasant stay all round and we look forward to coming back in the near future.
