What's included?
- A pot of tea each selected by the in-house Tea Tailor

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- The Harrods cream tea experience is available between 11am–7pm, Monday–Saturday (last sitting is 5.15pm) and Sunday from 1pm–6pm (last sitting is 4.15pm), excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
- The cruise is not available on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays
- You must take your voucher to Harrods, if you fail to do so, you may not be able to take your experience
- Please note there will be a 10% service charge at Harrods
- Under 16 years must be accompanied on the river cruise by an adult
- Children under 5 years may travel on cruises for free
- To use your river cruise voucher, simply go along to the cruise operator’s ticket booth at one of the piers stated, along with your voucher, on your chosen day. There is no need to book in advance
- You cannot redeem your voucher at London Eye Pier
- This experience cannot be extended
- There is limited availability for the Harrods experience on Saturdays and as such, it is recommended you book at least four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment
- Please ensure you inform the venue of any dietary requirements at point of booking
- All dates are subject to availability

Great way to discover London from the water

Doesn't take much time to go through the whole experience, but it's really great to see London from a different view. The guide onboard was also telling us about the city and some of the places we've seen on the way. Recommend!

Great day out - able to hop on, hop off at different places, so much cheaper than buying separate tickets. The weather was glorious which made the day even better

Lovely Boat Trip

Beyond location - thoroughly average

Take away you are sitting in an iconic London landmark - this is average. if not below average.
Small scones that don't taste any better than your average, jams were very tasty - tiny pot of clotted cream that gives tiny coverage.
Tea was good quality, as always with Harrods.
Service was very, very average. Nobody checked in. Different staff seem indifferent. If you aren't a flash billionaire, they are utterly uninterested.
