- On Sunday–Friday, the exhibition is open from 9am–5pm, with last entry at 4pm. On Saturdays and during the school holidays, it is open from 9am–6pm, with last entry at 5pm. Please check beatlesstory.com/opening-times for up to date opening hours ahead of your visit
- Please allow two to three hours at the venue
- The venue is accessible to wheelchair, pushchair and hearing aid users

The staff at The Beatles Story were so helpful I am disabled and a member of staff not only showed me were the lift was she came with me. Lovely people all of them.

The Beatles Story was fabulous - headphones were provided giving information about everything. There was no rush - you could spend as much time as you wanted. The cafe and Beatles shop were excellent too. Location on Albert Dock was ideal.

When in Liverpool go to the Beatles Story! Fun thing to do. Really recommend buying the voucher via buyagift as wouldn’t have paid full price. I would probably allow 1.5hrs - 2hrs rather than the 2-3hrs advertised. Very straightforward process - show the voucher at the ticket desk, they give you your tickets and you are in!

The Beatles Story is well worth a visit. A great audio tour, brilliant memorabilia & stories! The staff were very friendly & we felt comfortable to stay as long as we liked. Would highly recommend!

Vouvher easy to redeem, audio headset and hand held display, easy to follow, very informative. Allow two hours . Large gift shop at the end. Would recommend.
