Italian Job Mini Cooper S Three Mile Driving Blast for One 10289296

From the start of the process with Car Chase Heroes we had issues. Initially we only entered our voucher code once in error (instead of twice) on the booking form. This meant my debit card was charged. When I phoned up to explain I was told I would be charged £15 per person for correcting the error and for the refund to be processed. That is appalling and unacceptable. The refund was not made within the timescale I was told and I had to phone up a further two times in order to get the refund processed .On the day the event seemed pretty well organised however we arrived to find that the Mini Coopers S which was the car we wanted to drive was not available. It turns out that they had emailed us the day before to let us know this but the email had gone into spam so we didn't see it....I feel they should have contacted us by phone or text (as they had my number) to confirm we had got the message. On the day we were offered alternative cars to drive ( or wait until October for the mini). My wife chose a Porsche Spyder ( I chose the GT40) and we were set for the driving experience. However within half an hour we were told the Porsche was no longer available and so my wife had to settle for the Ford Escort Mexico. All in all a pretty unsatisfactory experience. ( Just to note that the actual car instructors were very good.)

Turned up excited to drive the mini, been my favourite car for years, to find out when I arrive and standing the queue that the car wasn't available. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is for the lady I spoke to me was very patient and understanding of how frustrated I was giving up a whole day to be let down.

Unfortunately the experience was poor for me sadly. The instructor wasn’t friendly didn’t make me feel comfortable. Long que wait. I wouldn’t do it again pretty sure I didn’t get the full experience

I took hours to complete 1 ride. I would probably choose different venue next time.

Friendly staff, track was awesome. Have looked forward to it for ages. Got in the car and made a grown man have the biggest smile ever. Couldn't recommend more.
