We really enjoyed our afternoon tea. It was nicely presented and all the food was lovely and fresh. The hotel is a really nice setting and the grounds are lovely and well kept. I would definitely recommend it. The staff were nice. We had a lovely young waitress who was friendly and very helpful. Her customer service was excellent. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but she is an asset to your staff.

Nice afternoon tea for two. Food was nice, not a great selection of sandwiches, the scones were lovely but very small. The cakes were nice, small portions and unsure if stor brought or homemade. Afternoon tea was nice.

My mum and I had a pleasant experience at greenwood’s for our afternoon tea. The staff were friendly and happy to help, the cakes, scones and sandwiches were delicious. A lovely warm cosy environment with Beautiful grounds!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN AFTERNOON TEA AT GREENWOODS AS A GIFT. THE SANDWICHES I REQUESTED WERE SUITABLE FOR ME. THE SCONES WERE OK BUT THERE WERE TOO MANY CHOCOLATE FANCY CAKES FOR US AS MY HUSBAND DOESNT EAT CHOCOLATE. NO ONE OFFERED TO TAKE OUR COATS WHICH WE HAD TO PUT ON THE FLOOR. NO ONE CAME TO SEE IF THUINGS WERE OK ALSO DIDNT OFFER TO REFIL OUR TEA OR COFFEE. I HAD TO CALL A WAITRESS TO ASK FOR A JUG OF WATER. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED LAST TIME. SERVICE NOT GOOD.

lovely sandwiches, cakes and scones in beautiful surroundings. Very friendly staff. Could have done with a little more tea and sure we would have got more if we had asked at the bar but would have been nice to have had it offered.
