- Due to the popularity of this experience, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment

- Participants must by physically and medically fit to take part in this experience – unfortunately it is not suitable for those who are pregnant or suffer from vertigo, please consult a professional if you are unsure
- Please communicate any access requirements to the venue upon booking
- Please note that a waiver form must be completed in advance of the experience
- This is a guided experience and all equipment will be provided
- Please wear suitable clothing that will fit under a climb suit or gilet – anyone wearing hearing aids or glasses must ensure these are tightly fitted and secure for the duration of the climb, while long hair must be tied back
- Personal belongings cannot be taken on the climb, including cameras – lockers will be provided to store them securely
- Mobile phones are permitted but must remain in possession of the climb guide during ascent – you will be able to use it on the viewing platform
