Good event easy booking and gave the same discounts when I added more people to event

Bought for my partners birthday just before Covid. Managed to finally get it booked for me, him and his 2 friends and it was great! Played 3 games (but disappointed that we didn’t get the full day) but due to Covid they had to split the sessions into morning and afternoon. The marshals were brill, free parking, toilets and lockers so had somewhere to leave belongings. The only thing I’d recommend is wearing thick long socks to tuck your overalls in as they can get in the way! But all in all, fantastic! Will definitely be booking again soon

Great price, only bad thing is having to constantly stock up on paintballs which are rather expensive

Great day out with the lads can’t lie still. But the first 2 games are a bit short and end too quick and the M16 upgrade was NOT worth it exactly the same as the normal gun, however the last game was great, good length , great day out definitely will be going again

The children had a great time but the organisation was shocking! We were told to arrive no later than 9am as failure to do so would have resulted in forfeiting the 100 free paintball bullets. However nobody was present until 9.30am when the first organiser turned up. I paid £5 for a locker and was told I would get £2 back (why charging £3 for a locker?), on returning the lock at the end of the day I did not even get my £2 back !! I booked the experience through a byuagift voucher and although I brought my email confirmation with me, the organisers could not find the booking and we ended up being added at the last minute ! It was mentionned on the description that we would get a minimum of 8 to 12 games for the day. In the end we only did 5 games. Also in the description there were no mention at all of the necessity to buy extra paintball bullets. It was for 4 players with 100 free paintball bullets each. In the end I was told you needed a minimum of 500 bullets to last the day which cost £140 for 4 players !! Although the paintball experience in itself was great and the children really enjoyed it, all the above put a massive shadow on the overall experience leaving me with a feeling to have been massively deceived by the whole organisation.

Positives: The overall day was good, full of fun and bruises. Staff were great and friendly and the site did have refreshments. The Negatives: It was very very muddy even in the rest areas, this could of been at least shingled out. The prices of the paintballs were high in my opinion.
