Make someone’s first drive truly unforgettable when you treat them to three miles in a Subaru Impreza, Toyota GT86 or Porsche Boxster S Martini racing car! No experience is necessary for this thrilling junior driving experience and as long as you’re over ten years old and 135cm tall, you qualify to take on this specially designed race track! You’ll get your very own ARDS-qualified instructor, who’ll show you just how to drive one of these beautiful shiny racing machines and make sure you have the most fun possible while staying totally safe. How many people can say their first drive was in a sleek sports car? Not many – so why not be one of them?

- You'll have an experienced instructor by your side throughout your experience
What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- This voucher is valid for one person
- This experience is typically available on selected Fridays. Upgrade to a weekend date for an additional fee, payable directly to the supplier at the point of booking
- Minimum age: 10 years (14 years at Lydden Hill). Maximum age: 17 years. Drivers must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- Drivers must be 135cm tall or over and be able to reach the pedals with the special padding provided
- You will have the choice of buying an optional collision damage waiver for an additional fee, payable directly to the supplier
- All dates are subject to availability

Fun car experience

Our son enjoyed the drive. It did work out much more expensive than the original voucher price though as we had to pay £25 extra to book then another £29 for insurance cover.

Bought this for my son for Christmas, not clear when purchased that if I chose a weekend there would be a £20 surcharge. Will go directly to the company next time. Shame. First time with buyagift. I just want to know everything up front, nothing in small print or you get caught out and I don't like being mislead. If I had known I would have booked well in advance for the summer holidays ....

Bought a junior drive for 10 year old. He loved it! Said it was the best day! Was rather busy but didn’t have that long a wait. Already looking at booking another for his birthday

I really enjoyed it. I got to drive a car before my 18yr old d sister! The driver has clutch & brake control, so all I had to do was the accelerator. Extras = £25 indemnity. Optional extras £10 passenger speed lap, photo &£25,video £40. We didn't have any options.

I just wanted to praise your entire team today at Abingdon, the event was extremely well run, everyone was friendly and helpful from the check in team to the drivers and my son has had an absolutely amazing time…. He’s already badgering me to book another day
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, yes they do try and upsell like any other venue does but they were not pushy and quite happily accepted no for an answer

Ended up paying £85 each for the 12 year old boys to drive round 3 times, and have 1 lap in a BMWs and 1 lap for a sighting lap. Massively unimpressed…. Got the vouchers for £19 each but it ended up costing ALOT more.. a short experience. No gift certificate presented and not an experience to remember at all

There are extra charges for some locations/dates and this information is displayed on the product page before purchase. I am sorry however if you did not see this.
Any upgrade charges included as part of a voucher are set by the suppliers directly. For example, some weekend locations/dates have been added to mid-week vouchers and this incurs a surcharge.
