This is the 2nd time we have been to this hotel for afternoon tea and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and all the savoury and sweet food treats were delightful.

Warm welcome and friendly, obliging staff. Gluten free guest well catered for as requested. Courtesy call on the day previous to our visit to check requirements. Dogs also welcome.
Great choice of savoury and sweet treats and plenty of tea and coffee. A lovely way to spend an afternoon. We were delighted with our gift.

Best afternoon tea I've ever had and I've had more than a few. Lovely staff and lovely seting. Such a great selection of sweet and savory and beautifully presented. My favourites were the Welsh rarebit and the chocolate mousse served in an edible flower pot with a little spade. Will definitely be going again

Best Afternoon Tea I’ve ever had. Exactly as shown in the photos. Lovely food, great service, very friendly and attentive staff, all set in a lovely hotel in a beautiful location just outside Windermere. Couldn’t eat it all, got a doggy bag to take a couple of sweets home.
