Having afternoon tea at the Library is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with friends. The view over the Thames from our table was lovely, and the staff were all friendly and willing to please. You are presented with a range of varied and interesting teas to choose from. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were excellent - very fresh and tasty. The whole experience went very well without any hassle about the voucher being accepted. The only slight niggle was that one of us doesn’t drink alcohol so we had to pay for a non alcoholic drink instead of her having the champagne, which seemed a bit mean. Overall, though, it was a very enjoyable and successful experience. Recommended!

Lovely champagne afternoon tea

Service was lovely and we were given the best table with views of Big Ben. The only thing that could improve is the booking process of the voucher where it states this can only be booked via phone and I think it would be easier if this could be booked online as well.

Lovely setting in the Library overlooking Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Excellent service. Sandwiches were delicious, unfortunately scones were not quite fresh but otherwise a very enjoyable experience
