We were warmly welcomed at Caffe Concerto @ Shafesbury Avenue, Piccadilly. A choice of tea, accompanied by a glass of Prosecco was quickly served. The sandwiches were excellent and very fresh. Scones were served with jam and cream, which were lovely. A selection of small cakes followed, these were also of a very good quality. A lovely venue in the heart of the West End, followed by one of the best afternoon teas.

Caffe Concerto is always on point. Attentive service, lovely layout, and delicious food guaranteed! The assortment of cakes is just divine. The Bond Street branch also has outdoor seating perfect for the summer.

We arrived about 1 hour early for our Afternoon Tea as it was so hot outside, wish I knew the mans name who greeted us , but he said it was no problem to seat us and from then on looked after us so well , sorting out our voucher . Food and drink amazing in spectacular restaurant, lush decor , and very attentive staff . All in all a great experience

Caffè concerto at grand Central was fabulous. Staff were brilliant. Food was plentiful & delicious. Nicest tea ever tasted. Took the left over cakes home in a lovely box given to us by the staff. Great value for money. Easy to book.
