Spa day treat
This was a gift given to me as a Christmas gift and I decided to take my mother along with me. On arrival everyone was friendly and checking in was easy. The pool and sauna area were clean and accessible. The treatment itself was fantastic, Kelly was really lovely and the treatment she provided was 5 star. Unfortunately my experience was somewhat let down by the lunch service. We waited 45 mins for the starter, had to repeatedly ask for our Prosecco. Waited an hour for the main and another 30 mins for the dessert. This long delay meant we were unable to return to the spa to use the facilities which was disappointing. We ordered coffees but after 40 mins of waiting, we cancelled the order and went home.
