Lovely spa day

The actual spa facilities were fairly average. The pool was busy with swim classes, lots of beds crammed together around the pool but not a relaxing environment due to the busyness of the pool. Actual spa treatments were excellent, fabulous back massage and facial. Afternoon tea served in the hotel rather than the spa, very cold moving between the two buildings in dressing gowns and felt odd siting in a hotel lounge in a dressing gown with business people having meetings around you! Afternoon tea was lovely

We were all booked in for a spa day but unfortunately I tested positive for covid on the day of our visit. The team were so accommodating and changing the date was a breeze. They were also great for my allergies.
